During pageants held over the weekend at the Rayne Civic Center, the new 2024-2025 Frog Festival royalty were selected to represent the City of Rayne and the Rayne Frog Festival for the coming year. RAYNE - New 2024 Frog Festival royalty were named from a bevy of beauties, each receiving their crowns and banners as they begin their year to represent Rayne and the Frog Festival.
