School Board hears COVID update from superintendent

Acadia Parish public school students return to class on Thursday and Superintendent Scott Richard says the school system continues to closely monitor the latest wave of COVID-19.
A number of items brought before the Acadia Parish School Board were approved during the regular monthly meeting held Monday, Dec. 6, at the School Board office.

Although it’s Thanksgiving break, Acadia Parish public schools are celebrating National Family Week, which is designated as Nov. 21-27.
During Monday’s Budget and Finance Committee meeting of the Acadia Parish School Board, a long discussion was heard concerning the DS Bus South report.
