Rayne residents offered sandbags

RAYNE - Sand and sand bags will be available at 3:30 p.m. today (5/3/2017) at the local BFI location (behind Winn Dixie).
This service is available for city of Rayne citizens only. Must have identification to prove address and limited to five bags each.
