Rayne All-Stars to Zone Tournament, Pony try at regionals

Two Rayne all-star teams are still in competition during the 2017 summer season.

MUSTANG AMERICANS WIN STATE TITLE - The Mustang Americans All-Stars (Frog Sox), comprised of Mustang League team players of the 2017 Rayne Recreation Summer Program, took home the state title during the Super Regional Tournament held over the weekend in Erath. Team members and coaches who qualified for the South Zone National Tournament to be held in Tampa, Florida next week are, standing front row, from left, Kainon Suiter, Connor Hebert, Isaac Russell, Mark Frederick, Kade Savoy, Quincy Alexander, Huntson Hebert, Parker Faust, William Gaitreaux, Austin Judice, Josh Hebert, Lon Paul Moody; back row, coaches Layne Suiter, Lon Moody and Randy Judice.

Rayne All-Star teams advance with tournament wins

A number of Rayne all-star teams of the Rayne Recreation Program advanced with wins during the July 4th weekend.

BRONCO ALL-STARS win - The Rayne Bronco All-Stars, comprised of boys of the 2017 Rayne Recreation Summer League teams, captured another first place during the Erath Invitational held over the weekend.
