It’s been a rough year for everyone since the coronavirus pandemic ended life as we knew it last March.
And the Acadia Parish Library System is no exception.
Since 2008, parish road crews and some other parish employees have been working four-day weeks — 10 hours a day, Monday through Thursday. That could end soon.
Community Foundation of Acadiana has appointed new members and elected officers to its 2021 board of directors, which governs the organization.
The League of American Bicyclists has recognized the University of Louisiana at Lafayette for maintaining a campus that encourages biking and rider safety.
