In advance of a pair of tropical systems, the City of Crowley began handing out sandbags to local residents on Sunday. Crowley citizens can pick up a maximum of six bags at the City Barn at 220 Jack Mitchell Road between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. today (weather permitting).
