Frog Capital attains international acclaim

RAYNE - Acadiana knows about Rayne, the Frog Capital of the World.
Most of the state knows all about the south-central city known for its frog murals and statues.

This home located at 203 Benoit Street in Rayne was the scene of a shooting Wednesday, March 9, that left one person dead. Following additional investigating, the victim's boyfriend was arrested for the shooting.

UPDATE:
RAYNE - Upon further investigation, a Rayne man has been arrested by Rayne Police in the shooting death of his girlfriend.

Future Eagle Scout presents community service project

RAYNE - As a part of obtaining the rank of Eagle with the Boys Scout of America, all Scouts are required to complete an Eagle service project.
