Sheriff’s Office, Crime Stoppers investigating storage unit burglary

Multiple units broken into in September

Detectives with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office are investigating the burglary of multiple storage units located on Williams Road in the Atwood Acres Subdivision, north of Crowley.
The incident occurred during the last two weeks of September, according to Sheriff K.P. Gibson.
Unknown suspect(s) cut the locks to gain access into the storage units. Once inside, they stole numerous items including:
• Campbell Hausfeld 115v 70 amp SMAW welding machine, blue in color;
• New Air 525 sf portable air conditioner, white in color;
• Kobalt compact sliding 7 1/4-inch compound miter saw, blue and silver in color;
• Razor electric scooter, pink in color;
• Northern Tool forced induction heater, black and orange/red in color;
• Ryobi 1800psi electric pressure washer, green in color;
• Hyper Tough 6.5 amp reciprocating saw, red in color;
• Bostitch 6-gallon portable air compressor, yellow in color;
• Kobalt 200 pc. Mechanics tool set, blue in color w/melted bottom latch on case; and
• Antique wood table
