Groundbreaking ceremonies for the $804,399 construction and upgrades of the restroom and concession facilities at the Tony Robichaux Sports Complex were held Thursday morning at the site of one of the new restrooms between the tennis courts and baseball fields. Flanked by city staff and project officials are, with shovels from left, are Keith Breaux and L.J. Gielen, L.K.
