Federal and state agencies say they are responding to reports of oil and chemical spills resulting from Hurricane Ida following the publication of aerial photos by The Associated Press.

A Crowley man was sentenced has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for his involvement in a drug trafficking conspiracy, according to a press release from the United States Department of Justice.
