The project, which includes new sidewalks, landscaping handicapped crosswalks and drainage updates along South Adams Avenue from South First Street to the BNSF railroad tracks. RAYNE - Work has begun on Phase II of the LDOTD Enhancement Grant Project for the ongoing Adams Avenue Improvements.
