A $20,000 donation by Cleco will help to establish an endowed scholarship for South Louisiana Commuity College’s Power Lineman and electrical training programs.
Bids for the construction of new classrooms at Egan Elementary School will be presented to the Acadia Parish School Board when it meets on April 19.
