Mary Vivian Moore Milson

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church for Mary Vivian Moore Milson, 96, who passed away Feb. 7, 2019.
Rev. Sherard Joseph, pastor of Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church, will be officiating for the services.
The family is requesting visiting hours to be held Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church.
Interment will be in West Crowley Cemetery.
She is survived by four children, Elizabeth M. Peterson and husband Rev. Frank J. Peterson of Allen, Texas, Clara Ann Thomas of Killeen, Texas, Warren Milson Jr. and wife Charlotte of Youngsville, and Dexter Wardell Milson and wife Jolene of Detroit, Michigan; one sister, Joyce Meaux of Houston, Texas; 13 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Milson is preceded in death by her husband, Warren Milson Sr.; one daughter, Warrena Sinclair; her parents, Cleveland and Elizabeth Moore; one sister, Marjorie Moore; two brothers, Henry and Wallace Moore; one granddaughter, Angela M. Peterson Ford; son-in-law, McCloud Thomas.
