City officials turned the first spade of dirt during the groundbreaking ceremony held Friday, July 16, for the new Martin Luther King Jr. Center. Work began Monday, July 19, by L.K. RAYNE - During ground breaking ceremonies held Friday, July 17, city officials turned the first spade of dirt for the new Martin Luther King Jr. Center to be located at the 1010 Lyman Avenue.
