• Jude Reiners II, Branch: Booked by Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office for felony computer-aided solicitation for sexual purposes; felony indecent behavior with juveniles.
Edie Littlefield Sundby — The Mission Walker — was entertained during a small reception Tuesday morning at Crowley City Hall. Sundby actually walked through the Rice Capitol on Monday on her trek along the Old Spanish Trail (U.S. Highway 90), but returned for the reception and subsequent tour of city hall. Among those present for the event were, above from left, Sam Sonnier, Crowley Tourism Director Val Myers, Councilman Sammy Reggie III (back), Tourist Commission Executive Director Nancy Loewer, local historian Ann Mire, Councilwoman Sandra “Sandy” Marx, Sundby, Councilwoman Katie Chiasson, Mayor Chad Monceaux (back), Ann Palmer of Rayne, Patti and Lee Lawrence of Crowley, and Dr. Eddie Palmer, City of Rayne OST Chairman.
