New 17-year-old curfew ordinance approved
CROWLEY – By state law, 17-year-olds are now classified as minors in the eyes of the law and, as such, are subject to laws governing minors, including curfew laws.

The Lucky Clovers Homeschool 4-H Club recently presented Kayla Berken, founder of the NICU Moms of Louisiana, with a donation that the club collected through a bake/craft sale and Christmas cards for the moms the club members decorated at their November meeting. Those in attendance were Audrey, Lucy, and Jacob Clayton, Amelia and Libby Fontenot, Gianna, Faith, and Kayla Berken, Kaelyn and Karleigh Richard, Addison Bergeron, Allena LeBlanc and Marie Ortego.
