The Crowley Americans won Game 1 in the Pinto World Series, defeating Pflugerville, Texas, by a score of 11-2. The Americans went on to defeat San Juan, Texas, 13-5, in the second game and will play Laredo, also 2-0 in bracket play, at 8 p.m. today.
