Rice Queen attends Le Tournoi in Ville Platte

The 83rd International Rice Festival Queen, Jimi Joubert, recently represented the rice industry at the 2020 Le Tournoi in Ville Platte. Visiting queens were asked to make a shield representing the titles the held. Joubert’s shield depicted a combine harvesting a crop of rice.
