District 1 Police Juror Walter Andrus visited Miller Post 506 recently to present a check in the amount of $3,000 to be used for inner-structure work at the Legion Home. On hand for the presentation were, from left, Carolyn DeVeaux, finance officer; Alton Allen, commander; Andrus; and Early Henry III, information officer. The grant comes from ARPA funds for District 1, according to Andrus.
