Menards named Frog Festival Grand Marshals

Carol and Helen Menard, long-active in numerous civic and social events throughout the city of Rayne, will be honored as the Grand Marshals of the 45th annual Rayne Frog Festival Parade.

All the newly-crowned royalty for the Rayne Frog Festival gather following Saturday’s pageants at the Civic Center. Frog Festival royalty crowned

An entire slate of new Frog Festival royalty was crowned here Saturday.
